Ketogenic Therapy in Action! |
"Life is drastically different these days. My child barely even remembers what it felt like when they were dysregulated. When I asked them about it they said, 'Mommy, I don't feel those things anymore.' Thank you so much for what you're doing for our family. This is really big!" - Participant in the Ketogenic Therapy in Action! study "My child's bipolar symptoms made sleep and bedtime a nightmare. Now that the symptoms are reducing, bedtime and sleep are easier. They're getting to bed by 10:30pm when before the mania and hypomania made sleep impossible until well after midnight!" - Participant in the Ketogenic Therapy in Action! study

Palliative ParentingTM Courses |
“There’s no other class out there like this. It’s changed how I think about being a parent and helping my child, and now I feel as though we’re making progress together when before we were just stuck.” - April, participant in the face-to-face course "This course was amazing! I expected nothing less, but will continue to speak far and wide about this incredible resource. I found it exciting how many parallels there were with the trauma world. It gives me hope that there may be a revolution happening for our children and we are preparing a foundation of adults, caregivers, and community who appreciate, support and respect who they are as whole and incredible human beings, not as diagnoses or traumatic stories." - Angela, on-demand course viewer

"For years it felt like I was just banging my head against the wall trying to get my daughter help. But after I bought your book on Differentiating Bipolar and ADHD everything changed. It helped us and our therapist figure out what was really going on with my daughter and get her the help she needs." - Ashley, parent of a child with bipolar disorder "My professional life is so busy it's hard to find time to learn new things. It was great to find your book on Bipolar-FOH. It gave me important information on a new disorder, how to recognize it, and how to treat it. Its format makes it so easy to access and integrate it into my practice. I look forward to reading your other books!" - Florence, psychologist in private practice
|
"It is so cool to be able to meet and talk to the famous authors that you get to come to your Book Club. Getting to meet Dr. Ede last year was a real thrill! I can't wait to meet Dr. Papolos and Dr. Miklowitz in 2025!" - Corine, Book Club participant "I live in a rural area and it's really hard to find people who understand what our lives are like. But when I come to Book Club each month I learn something new and important and I'm able to connect with other people who get me. It's so easy and welcoming, even when I haven't had time to read the book!" - Susan, Book Club participant

|
Clinicians, we are a diagnostic instrument in and of ourselves. Our reactions, feelings, thoughts, and even physical response to our client is clinical data on what's going on. This month's seminar is an exploration of
|
the ways in which our responses can provide insight, guide our understanding of our patients' symptomatic episodes, and lead us towards more effective treatment. Join us for a discussion on how to trust yourself as a clinician and how to use your instincts to improve treatment for your clients and patients. |
